Q. How should I start an order?

A. Orders are started with your ideas or images with size and quantity sent to us first,then we create the

 artwork/proof according to your requirements, and after your approval of the proof, we’ll talk about the pricing. 

 when all these done, the production will begin with the receipt of your deposit.

Q. Do you offer free artwork service?

A. FREE artwork service is available with your order. However we do charge a revision fee for more than 3 

   requested changes, thank you very much for understanding. Contact us to get your Free Design now.

Q. What file formats are available for artworks?

A. We prefer AI/CDR/PDF/EPS/PNG/PSD formats, or a print qulity JPG would be acceptable too. Please convert 

   all text to outlines/curves so that it’s an object, no longer text. 

Q. How long does it take to receive my custom artwork?

A. It usually takes 2 days, but finally depending on the artwork complexity and the workload of the artwork 

   department. No more than 4 days is promised.

Q. Can I get a sample for review?

A. YES, Free sample can be sent to you, and it will be much appreciated if you’re willing to pay for the 

   postage, which will be refunded when you place the first order.

Q. What is the minimum order quantity?

A. The minimum order is 100 pieces. Please notice that we do accept lower quantities but the unit price 

   will be much higher, considering the value of original cost.

Q. What are the sample time and production time?

A. Sample time: 7-10 days

   Production time: 15 days (may changes according to the order quantity)

Q.  Do you accept rush orders?

A.  Usually, the time of each process is almost changeless. Please allow up 10-12 days before delivery for 

    your rush orders. 

Q.  When will I get my order?

A.  Transit time depends on the shipping service you choose and the distance you are from China. Usually 3-5 

    days by Express(DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc), 5-7 days by Air and 35-45 days by Sea.

Q.  How can I track my order?

A.  Upon shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your order. And we will send 

    tracking updates to you timely.
